Homemade noodle soup
Tis the season for some soup!
My favorite go to soup is chicken noodle soup! I love throwing it together myself and making the noodles from scratch! The noodles are very easy to make and you only need 3 ingredients (water, eggs and flour). First whisk two eggs with 1/4 cup water. Add flour until the dough isn’t sticky anymore and then roll out the dough (use lots of flour on your hands, counter and rolling pin.. or your kitchen will turn into a doughy mess!) Next use a pizza cutter to cut dough into strips. Add pasta strips to boiling water. Boil until they float (aprox 5 min).
For the soup, I just combined veggie and chicken broth, chopped up some carrots and garnished with some chives! You can add some shredded rotisserie chicken to make it chicken noodle soup! YUMM!
