What’s cookin’ Wednesday: Quinoa Salad

Hey guys! So I decided to start writing a blog post each week of recipes we try and our go to favorites. This will force us to come up with a new twist each week, as well as give me a virtual recipe book that I can reference in the future. I will also include some traditional Austrian dishes!

This weeks recipe: Quinoa Salad

This is basically my go to every day of the week lunch. It is very easy to make and in my opinion super yummy!

Cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, Avocados, carrots, celery, and any veggie you like!
1 cup Quinoa (more…)

Hubby built a bike!

So, I’m proud a bit, because my hubby built a bike! My husband is very big into cycling and decided to build his very own bike! I’ll admit when he first told me about his plans, I thought he was crazy. Then, a couple of weekends later, Ari had transformed the metal tubes into a bicycle frame. Naturally, I started thinking of all the toys he could build for our future kiddos. I guess there are perks to marrying an engineer 😉

Here are a couple progress steps along the way. If anyone out there wants to tackle their own bike project, don’t hesitate to ask. I know Ari would love to tell you all about his building experience! (more…)
